[Resolved] Myntra.com — RUBBISH delivery and customer care system | |||
I purchased shoes in Myntra on Dec 14th with order number 24692101. Although the scheduled delivery date was 24th, I wanted this by 19 or 20th in Hyderabad. I made at least 6 calls within 24 hours to request Myntra to expedite the delivery and each time they told me they have raised a request for this. HOWEVR, till today, as I am typing right now, the product has not moved an inch from Dec 14th status. By now I would have called 15 times and each time people made a mockery out of me saying they will try... I am aware this cannot be assured, but just a request to at least attempt. This company is just NOT honest. I am cancelling my order with utmost disappointment!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
