Myscreenguard.com — Non delivery, fraud, negligence

This is not the first time previously my friend ordered a screen guard and another screen was delivered which was not fit. Complained the same through email no response even was told that we would complaint to consumer for still they haven't responded. Mainly they don't have any customer care where the neglect emails so that customer cannot do anything else.
Request you sir an appropriate action to be taken asap.

have ordered mobile flip cover and tempered glass for XOLO Era X on date 05/06/2016 wide order no 39079 and got delivery after 4 days, When I open consignment both item was wrong, these item was not that I have ordered. I made a return request no 1023 same day when I got it, after so many mails & reminder there is no response from myscreenguard.com till 16/06/2016 there is any customer care number, how we can contact them.
So I suggest to all to not purchase any item from myscreenguard.com site.

www.myscreenguard.com is a fraud website. Owner also misleading the customers. No contact number provided and no response from email service. I read above complaints and realized that consumer forum didnt take any strict legal action, hence this company is cheating customers from 2 years. Strict action must be taken.
