I have purchased Eureka Forbes RO+ UV filter (reviva)for my family . I am an exixting customer of your products since 8 years. I shifted my house. I want to re install the product at new premises. I called on your customer service centre on[protected]., I lodged dismantelling and re installation request on[protected].My request no . is 92483393, your secvice centre executives told that they will attend the request with in 24 hours. no one turned down to attend the request or even made a cal to attend the request.after that I have atleast made 08 calls to customer care, every time the same response I got from your customor centre that technician will be at your doorstep today they will be attending your call today positively . .
