Naaptol — Awful experience | |||||
I have ordered an all purpose kitchen solution which got delivered on 8 October 2016. We were out of station due to which we could not call the customer care and return it immediately. I called today to return the product. I tried to explain the executive that I want to exchange this product with another and I don't want refund. However, the executive informed that the exchange is applicable within 48 hours which is not mentioned while we order for product, This is completely concealment of terms and conditions.
