Name-Md Ibnesina Order No-8079110 Mobile No-[protected] I buy bsnl penta ps501..from naaptol. It was a defective product...and i tell it to naaptol customer when see it. They told me to sent this product and they give me refund, they take my bank details and check holder name.I have record this. I sent this and it delivered to naaptol to 12.2.2014 But still i don't get my money...i call many more time Customer care but not solve. They tell wait 48 hour every time and now 32 days left.
