I have order one roti maker product onlone shopping from naaptol bazar this product not working last two month i am calling to custer care after they told that pls terurn this product we will return and we will return fund or any product. Now they are sending same product. I call to your customer care they are telling that we are replace this product. We can not give any others product.

I do not want this product please do...

I have order the silai machine from Naptol which was recd on 10 Aug 2016.
at the time of ordered naptol peson confirm that if we wish to reurn the product we can return it with in 2 days of delivery.
Now I want to return this product as its size is too small than shown on TV . I have spoke with Naptol customer care but they are responding positively and not ready to take back this machine.

I ordered 3 product from naptol roti maker 2 and 1 chopper and diser. After reading the reviews on roti maker and naptol customer service i decided to cancel my order the next day itself.

But it was a nightmare. Just because they have my number every day it has been 10 days now, everyday i get 10 to 15 calls from them asking questions like where should we send product.

I am seriously tired of answering them everyday...

I had received slim belt on 4-8-16, when i opened the box in which both the belts is in different in size and found torn from side (Stiching), as i order this belt when i confirm from customer care executive regarding sizes of the belt and he replied one + one both belt size will be same when we deleivered, but m not getting same size one is xl and one is l in size and found torn belts. So i want my money back, this product is not satisfactory...

Therefore, I want to return the product (which I have not used at all) and get the refund of my money Rs. 1398 which I have paid during the product delivery. I am mridul das, staying at kolkata. On last yesterday, dated 30/07/2016, i am giving an order of mahika jewellary collection @ rs. 999/- at 9:00 a. M. After giving the order, a message was coming in my mobile the ordered goods will be delivered soon in 24-48 hours, my order no. Is 25236320. I had purchase a electric insect & pest control machine from naaptol on 09 may 2016. It was not working correctly, so within warranty: 6 months seller warranty i decided to return defective piece.

Uni 4" in black colour delivered by Naaptol on 28 Jul 2016 is found defect as set is not opened after doing all activates. Cash has already been paid to the courier services. Pls replace the defect UNi 4" set at an early date.

Continuing the complaint with update:- on sunday a courier picked up the defective data wind calling tablet.
Day before yesterday naaptol representative head office, called to say money would be refunded and to give my bank account number after doing this naaptol called again and said the money would get deposited in my bank account.
Yesterday again naaptol called saying the name by which i placed the order (Vazir) is not valid,...

Please refer trailing email on the harassment by naaptol. they are not processing my refund. the material was never shipped to me.

This is a deliberate attempt of naaptol to cheat customers.

One Very bad experience of mine ill share I bought a Ubislate Tab from Naaptol and the product was so bad that it had scratches no good battery and wht was shown tv it was nothing as such as promised so please don't buy seeing the price is 2999 but no good quality it's worst plus their service is so bad that I had ordered a calling tab AND tgey sent non calling and now when i asked for refund they say will give u cash vowcher and to buy calling...

Faulty (defective) mobile supplied by naaptol group when i was in hospital in rn tagore hospital the mobile receipt by our member of our house cash on delivery basis that time i was suffering heart attack and hospitalized. that time i am not able to handle the mobile and my family was busy with me as i was hospitalized. i have complaint to naaptol group several times but they are not taking any responsibility to replace to do the needful.br...
