Naaptol Online Shopping — Cockroach - defective insect repellent and postage not funded

Ordered 4 insect repellent for cockroaches.. The quality was bad and did not work - returned they sent back the same one which did not work same problem. Had to return it 4 times.. Then they issued a voucher and had a newer model - so i ordered the new model.. Naaptol sells cheap products and promises to refund postage and asks the customer to send a copy of - courier details to their back office - every time you talk to a rep they ask you to send all the information saying that this time you will get a refund - so stressful dealing and being lied to and the same story no refund etc... Please consumer forum put naaptol out of business they are cheating so many customers - customers believe and trust and think they are getting a good product but it's crap and we have to send it back so many times... Companies like naaptol should be stopped from advertising their products on - tv channels deceiving innocent people and from advertising in - news papers... Please make these companies pay.. An attorney should file a big law suit and all the customers who were cheated could get a percentage of the lawsuit if it's won.. Just like other countries - please stop naaptol online shopping.. E-commerce online please help the customer's who go through so much of stress dealing with naaptols inefficent employees.. A customer has to explain over and over details of the transaction when they should have it right in front of them and be able to figure out the problem. Naptol by law should have a warning sign on the tv channel they advertise and in the news paper letting customers know that they are not a very good company and people ordering do so at their own risk.. Come on india - please do something to help the poor consumer.. Why do you let these corrupt companies cheat poor hard working people.. If companies decide to be an on-line shopping they should be honest have good products and do refunds etc. Instead of giving - vouchers - where the customer is stuck and has to pay more out of their pocket to buy another product and it's the same thing - just crap... Please consumer rights please stop naaptol and place a huge fine so they will change their ways of doing business and will treat customers with respect it's the customers money they are thriving on.. So please stop them.. I want a refund of all the money i paid returning the defective product and naaptol honoring the sms sent with voucher no. Thank you..
Ps: they say to provide details - if they run their business honestly and have efficient employees customers do not have to file complaints etc... Do not cheat customers remember karma one day you will not have a company. The only way you will have a successful company is satisfied customers.. People you cheated will never order from you again.. Naaptol pull up all your records
From the back office and see all the customers you cheated - also get the records from the voucher department - you will have to refund customers for all their phone calls, then putting them on hold and where they have to call back so many times.in order to have a great company is the simple basics - honesty and not cheating customers... You will go down the drain..
