I purchased a mini silai machine on 7oct 2014 but due to stitching problem (stiching is not coming properly, thread work is jumping )I returned the product on Dec 6, 2014. In between I telephoned to Naaptol customer care they told that I will get call from technician team, I got a call I told the problem and I told to refund my amount but but they replaced a old product and it was also defect in stitching.again I telephoned to customer care but same technician team will call.
