I have ordered mobile phone o[censored]ni company, but the same has many defects, mobile charge ends within 15 mins, phone gets hanged every 5 mins, no voice when making calls or receiving calls etc. On repetitive calls to naaptol for returning the product, no executive is taking interest to listen to us and just making us fool by asking again and again the problem.
