Respected Sir/ Madam,
I want to inform you that I placed a order no. 13178270 on dated 18/02/2015 a mobile model vb x9 and received on dated 19/02/2015 but when I see this phone after back in my office and start this mobile the mobile is not working properly mobile screen touch is not work properly and mobile battery back up is not more then 20 minute I call in the head office on .[protected] and told him about my complaint and request to return back the mobile but the mobile attendant give not sufficient answer to me and says technician call you after 48 hour. Company gave within one week return back guarantee but naap tol head office not take back mobile I want return back mobile to the company. Kindly look into this matter and return my mobile as per the company process.other wise I write to the consumer court .my complaint number is 8978346.on dated 19/02/2015 in the evening.
