[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Defective Product never picked even after following up for last 10 days | |||
We have bought Sewing machine which is defective and we could not stitch a very thin 10 cms plain cloth in 30 mins time due to defect in machine. Its gets stuck after 1 or 2 spindles and after repeated trials only we are able to switch it on. Hence we reached Naaptol Online Helpdesk to get it replaced or at least fixed the same machine. But now it is more than 10 days no one has come to pick up the faulty machine. We call them almost every day but we get same answer that pick up person will come to collect the faulty machine.
