i ordered Devante Salsa D966 Dual core 6.5 inch 3G calling Tablet on 24th october through online order ID No : 11227098 and I received it on recently through frish flight with Awb courier . As soon as i received it i rechared it for some hours and then I thought of installing sim options and sdcard but the product not responding .It began show reset factory settings Nothing appeared on the screen to operate therefore please tell me where should I send My product either to replace it by a new one or get it reberse the amout.
