need refund..of 6000 paid towards the VOX last year. bought in the name of K.Muthuswamy. Kodambakkam.-24. Spoke to your customer service people many times but no reply.Since iam being in media industry will take it up to all people. Its our hard earned money . can any one cal me & respond.
