[Resolved]  Naaptol Online Shopping — Naaptol / Multipurpose Folding Table - Defective Material

I had booked a multipurpose laptop folding table from naaptol online shopping. My order No is 11444535. I registered a complaint today with Naaptol with complaint id no :7820768 regarding it and they sent me a message asking me to courier it back to them. They also gave me a number to have a free pick-up of bluedart. I have been trying this number for a couple of hours and no is picking it up. I also told them that I can return the bought material to the courier company if they provide me the address of nearest courier services in my location but none of this has been done by their side. The product I received is defective and is not at all durable. I request to issue a refund against such product which is not at all strong, just fitted with some nails so that they can retain there for some time and thereby render useless after very little time.
