Naaptol Online Shopping — Naaptol refusing to return money | |||
Dear sir/ madam, i have booked a gold coin from naaptol on 23rd september under order no. 10754946 which never delivered to me, i have no idea its couriour company fault or naaptol... they agree to refund my money in naaptol money { i.e which i only spend on their site } but i refused that at that time bcz i dont want my money like that. now they are giving me some silly excuses and making it my fault { i suspected that the person handeling my case has some sort of pressure of closing it } and not returning my money... please do guide me or help me with the case... thanks and regards Subhash yadav Was this information helpful? | |||
