Order no. 11377083 for the supply of New Car Compressor etc. was placed on phone on o[protected]. Wrong items were supplied. Therefore complaint sent on[protected]. You accepted the mistake and suggested to sent back the items. Complaint no. 7672343 was registered on[protected]. On your advice items sent back through Blue Dart on[protected]. Your SMS recieved me on[protected] with the following message :- "Dear s.p.s. rerf. your order no. 11377083, we have processed your request for refund . Please expect refund in 10 next working days.Naaptol Team. It is now a month instead of 10 days but with no response". Either immediate action or face prosecution.
