Naaptol Online Shopping — Neither refunding my money nor redeeming their Cash Voucher

HI, I am really frustrated with how Naaptol is dealing with me. First they did not gave me my cash back even after returning the defective product delivered to me. Instead forced me to take a Cash Voucher even after committing for cash refund and then when I try to redeem the Cash Voucher, it is not allowing me to do so. Even after raising several complaints my issue is not resolved. Please help to get my money refunded or get the new products selected by me delivered to my address. Amit Kumar
