Naaptol Online Shopping — Not arranging reverse pick up from past 3 months | |||
Placed an order 11990010 on 08-Dec-2014.But when it got delivered, i found that t-shirt size is not correct. So i made a online complaint through naaptol site only. Raised complaint of reverse pick up not have done and still not arranged after 3 months despite calling again and again, and they mentioned in complaint id-8209026 on 18th Dec 2014 that complaint has been successfully resolved. Again made a complaint at the customer care executive on Jan 2015 that please arrange a reverse pick up but they registered complaint but later after two weeks i come to know that that complaint was also closed without any resolution. 3rd time i again made a complaint for the same reverse pick up still the same result. Finally, after fourth attempt i got a call from naaptol that you haven't send the product to us. We have been waiting. I can bet you that they didn't told to send the courier to their address. They mentioned that aramex is the courier company which will do the reverse pick up for naaptol, i don't have to worry. Now they are saying neither they will return money nor they will arrange any reverse pick up. This is seriously cheating and fooling consumer. Was this information helpful? | |||
