Naaptol Online Shopping — Not refunding money

Hi sir, I received my product from naaptol one month back which was defected. Their courier service aramex received that parsol on 4 th February but till now they did not handover that parsol to naaptol and whenever I asked them they said that courier number you received from courier guy that is wrong and we are not able to track that delivery . Sir, please do something because they had took 1800 Rls for that product and I was asking about my money back. Please take strong action against them so that I can get my money back. My order no. Is 12684099.
