Naaptol Online Shopping — Not taking back my product even after complaining more than ten times. | |||||
On 25/12/15, order no : 18933714 . i have order a product from naaptol after receiving the product i was very dissatisfied with the product . so i complain to naaptol and asked to give my money back. they are not giving my money back. they are telling it against are policy. but according to the law they should have inform they policy with help of they website, tv ets. they did'nt inform me. after this they told me that they will take the product back and provide a voucher to buy other product. they provide courier company (aramex) number[protected] that they will come after calling them and courier company will provide a voucher and then i can shop any product. on 29/12/15 i call courier company they said they will come within in 3 days. but they did not came within 3 days. so i complaint to courier company (aramex) this was my first compalint after than i complaint almost more than ten times and they ignoring me telling your product will picked up in 2 day and nobody comes i compaint to naaptol also from which i have taken the product they also tell me the same reason . till now my product is not replaced. please take strict action regarding my complaint and help to get my money back or product replacement .
