Dear Sir, Sub:Delay in the ordered item. I ordered a mobile phone last week, but till now I didn't get the product. Your promise was it would get on Monday(26.5.14). Till now(30.5.14), I didn't get the product.So cancel the product. I had sent a complaint to your CEO, his reply was the product was already shipped. I went to Aramex(courier Office) today, I gave the order number & Courier no also. But they told me no such product was shipped. So I lost the trust in your company. I will never buy any product from your company, CANCEL THE PRODUCT...
