[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Partial delivery of ordered product | |||
Partial delivery of ordered product I had ordered a product advertised by Naaptol, and i order the product of two quantity for each order: 9925503, 9925504, 9925201.They delivered the product with only 1 product in three of the order.On contacting them, the reply was that their dealer supplying the product couldn't provide the rest of the product. They then sent a mail saying they would send me a refund voucher within 2-3 days, for which I could purchase something else from their site. I called back after 1 wk of not receiving the voucher & they informed they would process the same. It has been five days till date & I have not received the voucher as yet. I have already informed them twice, that I do not wish to receive a refund voucher from them, as I have no intention of buying anymore products from their irresponsible site. I demand either a complete quantity of the product or a complete refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
