[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Sending Faulty Product | |

Sir/ Madam,
I purchased Sofa cum bed of order number 8405682. After receiving on 26th feb 2014.I found some leakage at one part (middle part) of the sofa. I registered an complaint regarding this to naaptol team complaint Number: - 5802016.Technical team suggested me to trace the hole by wet cloth, I tried it but I cannot find the leakage even with soap water. Hence I send the product back for replacement after 24 days of continuous follow up I received the replacement on 24th march 2014.I WAS SHOCKED after opening the pack.
1. Bed is completely dust paint marks, foot prints etc showing it is an already used by someone else.
2. One or two puncture patches.
3. When I blow air in it I found two big bulges in two parts of the bed.
Stating completely that is used by some other one .when i complained again they asked me to send it back through blue dart again . When i called BD person he is saying he need mail from naaptol . When i called Naaptol he is telling 48 hrs i dont know how long i should roam with this 7kg load from office to home & home to office
This is very bad experience with Naaptol & the supplier pl do the Needfull i want my mone back
