Naaptol Online Shopping — Wrong Merchandise Product replacement

I had placed order on Naaptol 2 sets of 7 pakistani dress with lace of Pakhi brand and they send me varshia brand with full 100% polyster meterial. After wrong merchandise product i asked them to refund my money they don't want to refund the money and they said they will issue the voucher of the placed order amount. I believe thats very good trick to fool customer take the money on showing something and sale some scarp meterial product then customer not setiesfied and you ask to refund they will made you cry. I was really wonder during sale naaptol customer care tollfree they speak very politly but when it come to refund they speak very rudly and also misbehavie and they try to explain that they are very honest, respective and you are very wrong and you don't have knowladge of product buying. I talked to senior executive and he trying to explain that Pakhi and Varshia both the same product and if he wants to breif it take entire day, , My question to Naaptol why you don't disclose the product meterial quality on your website?? Why you mentioned other brand name?? Why don't you refund payment on wrong merchandise instead payment voucher. I would suggest all customer who go for online shopping don't be excited online or teleshoping offers or schems because they never disclose correct information or meterial details and once you paid you trapped. I really don't understand what kind of system or rules defind in india on comsumer product sale you show something and sale other thing then customer once they paid it got traped and then they force you to buy alternate product.

I am continuously following up with naaptol customer care and last 3 days back they told me we will send courier guy to pickup our product. I called today and give me another shock that I have to send back to Naaptol warehouse on my cost. I really don't understands how this company fooling customer and ripped of people money. First when i placed the order they said if i don't like the product i can return and they refund, When you really don't like and decide to return then god bless you because you need lot of energy and patience to make your self convinced that you become fooled, Refund means they give you voucher when product they received and they said 2-3 days but no one gonna come and then you do call to call center they said we will give you our warehouse address you have to ship ans once we received we issue voucher and sending cost of wrong merchandise, damage or bad quality or not setieafied product to naaptol its all cost on your head.
