Naaptol Online Shopping — Wrong Product

Pathetic service provided. I have called more than 25 times but didn't got any solution. I have ordered Vaibhav kota doria saree and I have received wrong product Khusi silk art saree. From 28th feb.2015 I am trying daily to get the solution but all waste no one ready to change the product. The mail ID backoffice.[protected]@naaptol.com they provided for help but it's fake too. I have mailed them more than 10 times on this mail id but it shows result as " mail is rejected as domain name is not registered. When I asked for another mail id they denied and told that they don't have any alternate mail id. They are simply cheaters, they make money by fooling customers.
