[Resolved] Naaptol — Pay Back delay | |||
I booked a product in Naaptol on 6th July 2014 and the order ID is 9769551. Due to poor quality I have returned the product back to them and got the package received confirmation message on 23rd July 2014. I have waited for 15 days to get the reorder coupon. On 9th August 2014, I called the customer service and raised a complaint and the complaint ID is 6787560. They informed that I will receive the message in 24-48 hours but I haven't got any message. I tried calling them once in 2 days but I got the same reply as "I will be receiving the message with in next 5-10min". Couple of 2 days back I contacted the CC supervisor Mr. Naveen and he told me that he will be sending the message again as well as email me but till now I didn't got the SMS and email. Today afternoon at 1:35 I call the CC and one Mr. Sugan gupta attended the call and told me that he triggered the SMS and I will be getting it in 5min... Still the status remains the same. I bought a product "Car washer" with a product code "10351316".
Firstly, the order came incomplete, after tracing naaptol customer care people N number of times for continuously 7 days, who don;t even dare to talk well.They have forgot the manners, I should say.
Secondly, they dispatched the product from speed post.lemme clarify they have charged for packing Rs.400 extra apart from product.still for their mistake they have send the product from speed post, that to obselete product.The moment i opened the product it was looking that it is old & has been used before by somebody else"TRIAL Products"Like.Then anyways I don't wnted to call these stupid people again, that is why I decided to use the same, But when I went to make the use of it, I found it was not working properly as there was no pressure as it was shown in product DEMO.no water coming out.
Please resolve the issue consumer forum people.And request youy to please cancel the License of Naaptol.com.If ypu really want your consumer faith on e-commerce shopping.
