Naaptol — received damaged product | |||
I ordered Electric tandoor (order no-779313) on cash on delivery basis from naaptol. I received the product in severely damaged condition. After registering complaint against it I was assured a pick up and replacement but even after 9-10 days pick up was not arranged. I was continuously in touch with naaptol but these guys only keep assuring the solution of this mess and apologizing but actually the product is still lying with me and my money is gone. This is a cheating/ fraud. Naaptol dose not even bother to keep me informed about the status. I have to contact them every time. Was this information helpful? | |||
