[Resolved]  Naaptol.com — Return of my cash of return product

Firstly, I have to purchase a saree from Naaptol of Rs.1081/- through order no. 8790899 on dated:03/04/2014 but the quality of saree is very rough so, I have to return that saree on dated:05/04/2014 and Naaptol has been provide my cash back in the form of gift voucher code on dated: 24/04/2014 after given much mails/phone calls from my end.

Secondly, From that gift voucher code I have to purchase a Sun flame pressure cooker of Rs. 1448/- through order no. 8996964 on dated:25/04/2014 and I have to pay remaining cash of Rs. 167/- (on the discount of Rs. 200/- due to gift voucher) but I received a damage Sun flame pressure cooker on dated:30/04/2014. Therefore, I have to return that product on dated:01/05/2014.

Naaptol has been return my cash of Rs. 167/- on my bank account but they have not been provide the remaining cash back of Rs. 1081 in my bank account.

Naaptol has been provide the gift voucher code of Rs 1281/- but I don't want any gift voucher code of my paid cash
I have to mail/phone calls regarding this matter many times but Naaptol are not responding of my mails /phone calls.

Please provide my remaining paid cash of Rs. 1081/- in my bank account from Naaptol.

I have to send my bank account detail to Naaptol
