Naaptol.com — Return product but not get refund

My order no. 20951271, i was order combo of amazing laptop all-in-one accessories (16) and in this 4 item missing, then call to naaptol service center for refund they suddenly advice me to return whole product on there place address . After that they give me account no. Of courier name: aramex npd
( awb number :[protected]) transport service, the guy from armax come to home to pickup this product ! Now complete 1 month for that think but after regular call by me they not giving me positive feedback and only accepted the complaint again & again ( accessory/partial product relatedin progress
