Nagar Nigam Jaipur — Complaint regarding Repair of Sodium ROad light

My son Abhishek Sharma has lodged An SOdium ROad Light complaint on dated 25.4.2015 in NAgar Nigam Jaipur and Nagar Nigam office i lodged it on COmplaint no 510.BUt its is very miserably that 18 days have gone and ROad light repair is still awaited during this period I was contact on Nagar Nigam Tel. NO.2741450 and 2743190 at 8th time but no proper response found. New Call Centre no. [protected] Launched by Govt.yesterday also unresponse from last 10 hrs. Kindly take necessary action and arrange to repair roadlight.
