Nagar Palika Mathura — Illegal house tax & water tax demand note received before 3days from date of dispatch

Sir, my home is situated at mohalla:-swej farm, yamuna par, ward no.4, mathura under nagar palika mathura in the name of my mother smt.vimla devi/smt.vimlesh who received a demand note of amt.77400/- on 28-3-16 which is duly signed by E.O. on date 31-3-16 which shows totally forged since how any letter signed on 31-3-16 recached to consumer on dt.28-3-16 & how many tax shuold be demanded from a house owner which is totally reidencialbuilding & no commercial work has been done at this place & there is no water supply in this area.so pls.kindly help our family in this matter .the copy of said notice attached.
