This is really a very disappointing moment to get such ridiculous & hopeless service from Nakamichi Techno Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi. I received my product on Thursday (20th August, 2015) with the Job number as 35818. This time when in received the product it did not have the charger in it, which was send to them when I couriered the package to them. Also after charging the tab for 4 hours I tried to switch on the mobile it is not getting started also tried the reset button option, but both the options are not working to get the tab on. So I would like to get my entire money refunded & you can collect the product along with the other products that you gave to me. You can then send someone to collect the product with the bill from my residential address: Nitin Shetty, Bopodi, Pune - 411020, Also refund the amount along with the person who will be coming to collect this product from my place. I would not like any replacement of this product, but just my money back. Three times I have sent the product to Nakamichi which has costed me the additional charges for couriering it & waste of time by following up. So I do not want any replacement or change of product as Nakamichi is useless. Was this information helpful? | |||||
