Narayanan — Service Request not attended for more than 9 days

My Aquaguard Water Purifier is under AMC and my purifier was not working properly and I lodged a complaint on 31.03.15 and the complaint number is 80918142. They assured to arrange for a technician within 24 hours. But till now (08.04.2015), despite my repeated requests over phone for more than 20 times to your customer centre, no one has turned up. I am arranging my water from outside sources and paying heavily for the same. The Customer Care Centre also gave one number of one Mr Ravinder, who is the senior administrator in Chandigarh, to whom again I made several calls. He too just assured that it would be taken care of but never sent anyone. Besides money, I have spent a lot of time in talking to your office, Mr Ravinder and in arranging water from time to time. Every time, I spent a long time in contacting your customer care. An average of 10-15 minutes, and I hang up many times as they just prolong the holding, probably they don't have a satisfactory response. I find this practice totally unethical and unfriendly. If you are still not able to rectify the problem and compensate my loss, I am left with no option than to approach the Consumer Court demanding compensation for the money, time and mental agony due to your unethical and unprofessional approach. Please do the needful and if you have anything in your defence, kindly let me know.
