Naresh Kumar — Misbehavior of bank manager

I, Naresh Kumar went to SBI Jhajjar with my brother Suresh Kumar on 15/06/2016 to collect Form - 16. But dealing employee refused to give saying that they are unable to issue due to problem in system. On 16/06/16 I requested again to Clerk and Manager Sh. Vinod Gupta Ji but they did not issued the same and their behavior was very very rough. They are not fit for as a bank employee. I will never open the account in SBI in future and the same thing I will also convey to my generation. I can't tell the misbehavior of Bank Manager in words. Please avoid such employees to improve the standards of Govt Banks
