I MAHESH KUMAR AGARWAL MY CODE : XKTL54, I AM SENT A MAIL TO SUSHMA JI AT RANCHI ON DATED : 27/11/2014 REGARDING COMPLAIN AGAINST MY RM RUP CHAND AGARWAL, BUT I DIDNOT GOT ANY REPLY BY HER, FOR THREE TIMES MY RM HAD DONE SOME TRADING WITHOUT MY PERMISION FOR THAT I GOT A LOSS OF APPROX RS. 13, 50, 000/- SUSHMA JI DIDNT SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND SHE ALSO NOT RECEIVING MY CALL, PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. They did the same with my mother's account R4713, Renu Sultania. Their execuitves look for people who do not know about technology and open their account in name of portfolio management and do future and options, give big losses and then make money by charging them interest and brokerage by doing NSE-BSE.

please keep away from executives of NARNOLIA and MICROSEC.

It is a criminal offence to trade without the knowledge of the client. Give a criminal complaint and register it for fraud with the police. Use 156 route via Court to lodge an FIR. Do not go for arbitration as it works in favour of brokers. File a case of harassment, criminal conspiracy, fraud, cheating and mental agony. Consult a good criminal lawyer and drag your RM, RH and the company in question.
