I booked a cab on 25/8/2015 for 27/8/2015 for 4:15AM: confirmed vide CRN[protected] at 19:05 on 15th Aug.
3:55AM on 27th I get a message saying Hujbullah will reach. 2 seconds later I get another message You've afree upgrade. Driver Narasimha [protected] silver toyoto etios KA 50A 1676. Suddenly, after I spoke to the driver, I get a meesage: We regret to inform cancellation of your booking [ WHAT is THIS ??? I NEVER CANCELLED !!]
4:06AM I get a message pls check the ola app again to find nearest cabs available for booking !!!
4:10, I did another booking [ Ref. CRN[protected]] frantically, I get a msg driver KIRAN KUMAR [protected] will come at 4:27AM. The total bill was paid for the ride.
I went thro' some anxious moments due to PLA inefficiency claimed to be professional.
They cancel without asking me and say thanks for cancelling and advice me to book again to find the nearest cab. What is happening??
Can we trust for this sort of a service ??
Customer can easily be taken for a ride at 4AM in the morning !!!
