Again and again not providing the dedicated lane for members…. Same lane has been utilized for non-Fast Members…. Regularly I have complained to Toll Manager, but not action or solution been found since last 7 months.

All my early compliant have been closed without solution…… you people are shameless / unembarrassed creatures giving same response from past 7 months…… Not even pushing your effect to resolve or provide solutions on this issue.

I request to take necessary action against this issue…
