Desite the rule for toll free until 24th Nov. We were forced to pay toll at NICE Road entering Tumkur from Bangalore NH4 entry 8 on Nov. 23 around 8 AM
The staff were rude and threatening and they said this is a private road not a government one. They forcibly collected Rs120 from us. I request you to enquire on this and take necessary action asap.
More than the money, it's the rowdy behaviour at toll collection that's unacceptable and needs strict action.

This complaint I want to register for worst road condition for highway road from Shirwal to Lonand. This project is pending since 2009. It takes us too much hardships for travelling through this route. When this will get complete.
