Sir, I Ashok Kumar Sharma policy holder of NATIONAL INSURANCE CO.LTD (ZERO DEBT/ BUMPER to BUMPER) Policy no-170509/31/14/[protected].likes to bring to your kind notice as under that my vehicle No---- BR 01 PE 7113 meets a fatal accident on 17-10-15 at VARANASI (U.P) and intimation regarding accident of vehicle No BR 01 PE 7113 was given to NATIONAL INSURANCE CO.LTD. at Goresh Building Lahurabir chowk VARANASI (U.P) on 17-10-15 by myself. AND Mr. SP PANDEY was appointed as surveyor of accidental vehicle No BR 01 PE 7113. As vehicle No BR 01 PE 7113 taken for accidental repair work at Raj India Auto Pvt.Ltd. (Authorized Dealer: MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD.) on 17-10-15. Surveyor Mr. SP PANDEY took photographed of the accidental vehicle No BR 01 PE 7113 in the presence of driver of vehicle and body shop manager Mr. MAHENDER YADAV of Raj India Auto Pvt.Ltd. and asked few questions from driver of vehicle and got convinced with cause of accident of vehicle and asked the body shop manager Mr. MAHENDER YADAV of Raj India Auto Pvt.Ltd. to go ahead with replacement of all the parts which is being damaged due to accident. Repair work of accidental vehicle No BR 01 PE 7113 started after approval given by surveyor MR. SP PANDEY and after every replacement of damaged part with new parts, it is being photographed by the concerned person. And all the repair work is being video graphed by owner of vehicle no BR01PE7113. Against the accidental repair work sum of Rs 55003/- final payable bill was raised by Raj India Auto Pvt.Ltd. which is being paid in cash. Rs 55003 /- by owner of vehicle no BR01PE7113 & policy holder of (ZERO DEBT/BUMPER to BUMPER) Policy no-170509/31/14/[protected] of NATIONAL INSURANCE CO.LTD. And paid bill was received from Raj India Auto Pvt.Ltd. against payment of sum of Rs 55003/-. Same is being communicated to surveyor MR. SP PANDEY by body shop manager Mr. MAHENDER YADAV of Raj India Auto Pvt.Ltd. and also by the owner of vehicle no BR01PE7113. Surveyor MR. SP PANDEY asked body shop manager Mr. MAHENDER YADAV to keep one bill for him. Now summery of the matter is that owner of vehicle no- BR01PE7113 is not satisfied by the surveyor report as all the parts is being replaced as per his confirmation given to body shop manager Mr. MAHENDER YADAV and all the replaced parts and damaged parts is photographed. Policy holder of NATIONAL INSURANCE CO.LTD (ZERO DEBT/ BUMPER to BUMPER) Policy no-170509/31/14/[protected]. Is aggrieved with surveyor survey report and fills that policy holder is being cheated as its hard earned money is being paid to procure the policy of NATIONAL INSURANCE CO.LTD (ZERO DEBT/ BUMPER to BUMPER) but at a time of claim policy holder is being harassed and has to run from pillar to post to get the actual paid amount of accidental repair work. In the interest of justice please look into the matter as soon as you receive the mail so that policy holder gets Rs 55003 /- the actual paid amount for the repair of vehicle no BR01PE7113 from Raj India Auto Pvt.Ltd.
