I have deposited my premium through bank of India Jangral (Patan) Branch through online service on[protected] but till date the policy is not renewed. My previous policy no. is[protected]. later on premium was deposited through Demand Draft by Bank of India Jangral(Patan) Branch this premium was deposited double time so this premium should be reversed in my account (customer account) but NICL Patan Branch has renewed a new policy which premium was deposited by Demand Draft & Issued a New policy which is not actual policy so it is my humble request that my policy should be renewed by earlier premium on[protected] not by[protected] by Demand Draft.
