I took a car insurance from your company for my honda city Reg no up93v5151 i am not very sure about date 3 months back i put an accident claim in your jhansi branch i did not get any positive response from your company side 4 or 5 times i have visited to your branch but i could not meet your officer who handle claim not even a single time i found him on his work station. And other employee refuse to entertain claim. I am quite worry about your services working style and behave of your employee with clients.. Request you please let me know what is status of my claim..
