National Insurance Company — harassment for claim

This is in regard to claim of insurance of Yansh Vithal with park Id[protected] policy no 406031/50/14/[protected]national insurance) We have called several times for getting the claim approved but all we get are excuses in return. national insurance company claims claim approval period to be 15 days, it sounds more like a false commitment from your side as it has been 55 days that our claim approval is still in process.and re investigation This is proving to be harassment for us.
