National Insurance Company — Insurance Claim of my car maruti swift vdi november 2015 | |||||
Sir I am a salaried person. Sir i have met an accident last friday (1.00 pm appx.) i.e on 21/10/2016. In such accident my cars Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI front and back bumper get damaged. Back bumper get fully damaged for that surveyor agreed to provide claim but in front bumper i got damage of fog lamp glass due to stone or brick in front of my car. This accident happened due to another car fault. Actually my car was parked beside the private bus at the sindhicamp bus stand, Jaipur. Suddenly a car came and hit my car from behind due to this i got such damage. Back bumper is totally damaged and front bumper fog lamp damaged. After that i can go for insurance claim at Prem Motors, VKI, Jaipur on 21/10/2016 3.00pm appx.for the front and the back bumper insurance claim. Surveyor (Girraj Sharma [protected]) came on next day and passed my back bumper claim at 2.00 pm (Saturday 22/10/2016) then i got call from Prem Motors that i can get only back bumper claim. Then i called Girraj Ji for front bumper claim. He replyed me it was not covered under this accident. Then i req uested him to conduct his survey report once again if possible then he replyed me sure i'll. At 5.00pm i called again at Prem Motors for my insurance claim then they called me that they cannot get any such call in regards of front bumper claim. At 5.00 pm i called National Insurance, Jaipur head Atul Dixit Ji ([protected]) and tell him all such situation, for that i have our telephonic recording as a proof. In which i can convey all the situation and satisfy his all such quries, after wards he told me that he'll handel my claim and communicate with the Girraj Ji (Surveyor) and text him a mail. After that i can not get any response. Then i called again Atul Ji because i have some urgent work next day so thats why i called him again and again so that i can get my car as soon as possible. Earlier before i can called maruti showroom (PREM MOTORS) for the availability of the back and the front bumper. They called me they only need permission from Insurance Company bumpers are ready. They only took 3-4 hours for fixing such bumpers. When i called Atul Ji again then he called me that he'll send a mail to Girraj ji in regards of Front Bumper. My cars back bumper get repaired at that time only the problem was that of front bumper. Then Atul Ji told me its too late all the service centre are closed now then i told them I was at the Prem Motors for my car, i wanna to get this car urgently due to some urgent work. But Atul Ji told me that he can send mail to the Girraj Ji and he can review my case tomorrow Sunday (23/10/2016). Then i asked sir tomorrow surly the claim can be done. Atul Ji replyed sure tomorrow we can finalize our decision that we can provide you a claim or not. On sunday i called Girraj ji near about 12.00 pm for my claim. He told me that he didnot get any such mail. Then i called Atul Ji for the confirmation that he can deliver such mail or not, he told me that he can already delivered such mail. For that i have telephonic recording. Then i called Girraj ji that Atul ji told me that he can delivered mail to Girraj Ji. Girraj Ji told me that today he was not available at office so he can't access the mail. Then i again called back to Atul ji about such situation then he called me that he himsel talk Girraj ji and requested him to access such mail. But i did not get any response. Near about 2.00 pm i called (Ashok Ji [protected]) is there any updates about my claim then he asked me my car details and told me to wait for 5 min. he called me again. After 5 min. i got Ashok ji call he called me that there were no such updates. After that Ashok ji called Girraj Ji and Atul Ji they told him that tomorrow we all together went to accident place ans start our investigation again. Sir i did not understand what was the meaning of that. Till now they told me wait we call photographs of your car and clear your insurance claim. Now they called me wait and we can conduct survey again, only for little thing i.e. front bumper. I did not ask for big claim its too small. In such claim they can wasted my 3 days. What was the meaning for our insurance claim? If i did not get such claim when we needed. There were no clear information about any thing. Every body tell me that i can called such person. That person help you out. Sir literally i got totally puzzled that what i can do, I have my own vehicle but i did not use such vehicle when i needed alot only because of insurance claim. Sir please help me out as i told you earlier i am a salaried person so thats why i did not have much time to waste on daily basis. It is clearly visible that the damage occur is only because of accident then where is the need to prove that. That it is because of accident or any thing else. Or when i visit very first to showroom for purchase this car about 11 months ago they told me its an your 0 dept insurance. This insurance covers all your accidental damages or any type of damages. Then this is totally a misleading statement that they can promises for alot but in live situation they can't do any thing. Just passes their time and provides misleading statements.
