National Insurance Company Limited — Complain in regarding of deferring insurance claim | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I am a claimant against my stolen bike ( RJ 05/SH-1122) theft on 20.09.2013. After this incident, I informed to Insurance office and later start the whole process to file application for Insurance claim. In this process of application, I visited so many times the insurance office due to lack of proper knowledge of office personnel who intermittently asked the required documents for claiming the claim. Now, on 3rd February, 2014 all the essentials documents have been submitted by me as per the office requirement and the dealing hand said that your file is completed; it only required Branch Manager Signature which has not done yet on 13.02.2014. This whole process took my vital time and got sucked me. You are requested to look into this matter to speed up the work process and help me to get cleared the claim amount. The whopping time is 4 months 23 days already lapsed. If the claim is not cleared in timely manner, the second complain will be sent to IRDA and other concerned agency.
