[Resolved] National Insurance Company — Motor vehicle not settling the claim | |||
I'm from chenai I have submitted my vehicle with the workshop on dec 2015 and the cashless claim were submitted to them in mid of march. Its been more than a week but they hae not sent the liability stating that there is some issue with IT team internally. they are not ready to give a time line and it is more than 2 weeks since they have identified this issue. but still nothing has been done and there is no work around as well. And the insurance person is speaking rude over the call and asking me not to call them again and I need to wait till they resolve the issue and they cant quantify the time. If I need the vehicle I need to pay the amount and take it. Was this information helpful? | |||
