Dear Sir, I have a mediclaim with National Insurance co Ltd. My Policy no. is 450500/48/13/[protected] .My Claim Id is[protected] . I had submitted a claim on the abovementioned policy against surgery of my wife Mrs. Meenakshi Nigam on 22/06/2014. At the website of E- Meditek, it is clearly showing since last three months that the claim has been approved and has been sent for billing.
