My vechicle hero pleasure BR-31-U-1932 and resistered with the name of kumari kanchan policy/certificate no.[protected] issue on 14.12.2015 was got accident on 19.09.2016 for which I have informed to the national insurance at patna branch.
After accident I have submitted my vechicle to patliputra auto mobile service center on 22.09.2016.from there they duputed a surveyor mr.k.k.singh for my vachicle.i have submitted all paper/and documents related to accidental vachicle. I was being told by service center that claim will be passed by surveyor mr.k.k.singh of national insurance. From 22.09.2016 to till today not rcvd any call or update of my vachicle.so I called up mr.k.k.singh has refused to process my claim for repair. And I have taken N.D.COVER INSURANCE. and still they are not repairing my vachicle.
Sir.above process of sending and keeping the vachicle with the work shop
patliputra auto mobile in patna.it is still continuing which I feel is sort of harassment to me by the insurance company.
However I request to took into this matter as earliest as possible and expedite the process so that I may get claim earliest as possible.hope you will be cosider my request and do the need full. Thanks and best regards vivekanand pandey
