National Insurance Company — Status of my claim | |||
The manager Sir I one of your policy holder policy no.[protected]. I bought a car from marina motor calicut kerala state. I paid the whole amout on 9th august and i got my vehicle delivered on 12th august unfortunately my bad luck while going to park my vehicle in my house it hit the pillar of my gate and the front bumper was damaged. I took the vehicle to marina motor to get it repaired on 16th august they told me they will register today and tomorrow after the surveier will come for varification to get the claim. Then on 17th august they called me telling that it will take 21days. Then i got confused i started enquiry about it with other insurance persons and surveier also they told me as soon as claim is regitered within 2 days surveier will come to attend the site so i called in this no.[protected] to know the status they told only intimation has come its not registered contact the dealer. I went to the dealer and asked why you didnt register their answer was form 64vb could not be generated so they are helpless i again called in same no to know what to do they gave me another no to contact [protected] i called in this no they asked me are you a customer i told yes his answer was ask the dealer to call i was disappointed when i am paying the insurance amount i dont have the right to know the status of my claim so what is this what should i do the next.
