My Alto Lxi, Reg.No.2466 JK01L, insured on11-Oct.2013, Policy No.[protected], suffered damage due to recent floods in Kashmir and claim made. Vehicle declared to be total loss and cheque paid. New renewed policy No.[protected], issued on 11-Oct.2014 stands cancelled.No refund made till date, no satisfactory answer from the dealer, Jamkash vehiclades maruti insurance company. Aug 14, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Nov 08, 2017 Updated by manzoorbtkmd My Alto-LXI-JK01L2466 which was declared total loss by NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF INDIA after 2014, 6 Sept.floodsunder policy No.[protected]-dated:[protected]. It was done on 12, Dec.2014. The above policy was cancelled and I received Rs.73000 as damages. Policy No.[protected] which was issued on[protected] stands cancelled as well. As the new policy was not utilized, refund for the same was demanded. No refund has been made till date, put off by lame excuses. Now it is requested to refund my 2nd.policy premium as policy was not utilized.    | |

Refund of cancelled policy-No.[protected], dated11-Oct. 2014 to 10-Oct.2015-AltoLXI-JK01L2466/Srinagar not provided. Policy was unutilized. Chief manager Mr.Hazara Singh had reported that policy has been cancelled and refund is to be collected from Mr.Bashrat JAMKASH_VEHICLADS, but he is reporting that no money has been received till date. You are forcing me to report to local consumers court which will be reported by all news papers and it will be an unpleasant turn which will give bad reputation to your company. You will have to pay interest as well. Please look into matter urgently.
