On[protected] rupees was fraudulently transferred from my account on 13th January 2024 through upi from Paytm account but I complained to Paytm help and support but this bank nothing helped me....

On 3/2/2024 i purchased an ELECTRONIC item from VIJAY SALES THANE for Rs. 18827 (bill copy attached). I wanted to make the payment by ICICI BANK RUPAY CARD UPI TRANSACTION to avail the 10% discount which you have mentioned in your advertisement in Economic times dt. 3/2/24 .
The refused to accept UPI transaction, and i was forced to pay using my PIN.

I lost Rs. 1882/- . Kindly take up the matter with VIJAY SALES....

Have already submitted the form of NPCI seeding in the respective branch of the Bank of Maharashtra, Ambala Cantt but it is still has not been active for one month.

On 10th of december i sent the sum of rupee 40000 through whatsapp payment . the transaction was successful but the amount was not refflected in the recivers account .i filled the complaint to the npci but no progress has happened so far, npci complain id[protected]...

when i made my bank account linked to NPCI and bank is showing me, my bank is already connected to NPCI. But my scholarship form is not supporting it. It shows that "NPCI STATUS NOT FOUND FOR THIS BANK ACCOUNT". My AC no is xxxxxxxxx3655 and my Aadhaar no is xxxxxxxx3414. Please sir/mam look into this matter and try to solve it as soon as possible.
